A provocative dance of Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah sourced from multiple vineyards within beautiful Arizona. The Can-Can is meant to be enjoyed with close friends having a raucously good time under the veil of darkness. 70% Carignan, 15% Grenache, 15% Syrah. 320 cases produced.
2018 Shootout
A flurry of playing cards and bullets fills the dry air within the saloon as a battle of the Rhône style varietals ensues. A rugged Italian cowboy lets loose a volley from a dark corner. just what this shootout needed - more gusto. 40% Carignan, 35% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache, 5% Sagrantino. 450 cases produced.
